On-Call HR + Bookkeeping VA (Junior Level)

Remote WorkX is looking for ONE reliable junior VA who can support us in HR (hiring) and basic bookkeeping on an on-call basis.

We’re looking for a Podcast & Digital Marketing Assistant who loves execution, consistency, and follow-through. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning podcast episodes and content into visibility, trust, and warm inbound leads—without needing hand-holding or daily reminders.

What This Role Is About

Your mission is simple (but powerful):

Keep the podcast running smoothly and on schedule

Promote content consistently across platforms

Connect content to funnels, offers, and clear next steps

Help generate at least 8 warm leads per month from podcast and digital marketing efforts

This role exists so the business owner can focus on coaching, clients, and strategy—not chasing uploads, posts, or links.


What You’ll Be Working On

Podcast Support

Coordinate end-to-end podcast publishing (2 episodes/month)

Assist with guest outreach, booking, and follow-ups

Support booking podcast appearances for the host (1/month)

Track downloads, subscribers, and episode performance

Digital Marketing & Promotion

Publish 2–3 value or promotional posts per week

Create sales-focused content promoting coaching and programs

Ensure all content includes clear CTAs

Promote active funnels (email list, bookings, offers)

Funnels & Lead Flow

Ensure lead capture links are live and working

Help maintain and promote active funnels

Track non-PPP warm leads separately and clearly

Report weekly on content activity and lead flow

You’re doing well when:

Content is published on time, every time

CTAs are clear and intentional

Podcast subscribers grow toward 100 by end of 2026

Downloads increase steadily (target: 60–100/month)

At least 8 warm leads/month come from content and podcast efforts

The owner doesn’t need to manage execution (the dream ✨)

Virality is nice.
Consistency and momentum matter more.
